International Guidance Tutor

Zuzana Banicova is the Aberdeen College International Guidance Tutor.

Zuzana can offer advice and guidance to international students on a range of matters relating to living and studying in the UK.

She can also answer questions and provide information on a variety of issues that can affect international students during their time at College. For example:

• Pre-entry guidance (including advice on non-UK qualifications and level of English)
• Student visas – Tier 4
• Student visitor visa
• International students and College fees
• Opening a bank account
• Registering with a doctor or dentist
• International students and council tax

If you wish to make an appointment with Zuzana, please call 01224 612284. Alternatively, you can make an appointment in person by going along to the Learner Services reception desk, which is situated at the entrance to the South Block in the Gallowgate Centre.

Zuzana’s appointments are scheduled on a Monday and Tuesday mornings. Zuzana also offered a ‘drop in’ session is offered each week for which no appointment is needed. This ‘drop-in’ takes place on a Friday from 10:30am-11:45am. If you want to make use of this service, please arrive as close as possible to the starting time of the session and report to the Learner Services reception desk.
